Adiós is a Mexico City-inspired cocktail bar opened by Mexican-born owners José Medina Camacho and Jesús Méndez. AL.com reported in 2024 that the Spirited Awards named it one of the best cocktail bars in the United States, and Food & Wine praised its agave cocktails such as the Miel de Maguey. The Infatuation's June 2026 guide describes a dance floor with reggaeton on late nights, and Eater's 2026 Greater Birmingham guide calls it a tequila bar run by James Beard finalist José Medina Camacho.
