Unos Tacos is the taco stall in The Pizitz Food Hall, serving tacos, quesadillas and tostadas from the home of Chuy Mendez, who is a partner in The Louis Bar. Its site calls it family owned and operated. Bham Now (2026-07-12) lists it alongside Adios, Salud Taqueria and The Louis Bar as places run by entrepreneurs Jose Medina Camacho and Jesus Mendez. The stall sits inside a building the hall calls a restored 1923 landmark.
