Bettola was founded in 2008 by chef James Lewis and follows the Italian farm-to-table tradition with locally sourced ingredients and the regional cooking of Campania. Its Neapolitan pizzas use naturally fermented dough made daily with Caputo flour and are wood-fired in a brick oven from Naples, alongside house-made pastas and wood-fired roasts. The restaurant says it is part of the Pepper Place Entertainment District, so guests may sip and stroll.
