Automatic Seafood & Oysters
Automatic opened in April 2019 in Lakeview inside the former Automatic Sprinkler Corporation building, which gave the restaurant its name. Chef and owner Adam Evans was named Best Chef: South by the James Beard Foundation in 2022; Suzanne Humphries Evans designed the room. The menu is built around the Gulf of Mexico, with most fish from Gulf waters and raw-bar oysters from Southern and Eastern coastlines, and it changes with the seasons and the catch. The venue's own site says it is recommended in the MICHELIN Guide.
